硅灰对石膏基自流平砂浆性能的影响研究

研究了硅灰对石膏基自流平砂浆物理力学性能、耐水性的影响。结果表明,掺加适量的硅灰可以改善石膏基自流平砂浆的流动性、缩短凝结时间、提高强度,且收缩率基本无变化;石膏基自流平砂浆的吸水率和软化系数有所提高,耐水性得到改善。

Influence of Silica Fume on Properties of Gypsum-based Self-leveling Mortar

The influence of silica fume on the physical and mechanical properties, water resistance of the gypsumbased self-leveling mortar were studied. The results show that by adding appropriate amount of silica fume, the fluidity and strength of gypsum based self-leveling mortar can be improved, and the setting time can be reduced, and the shrinkage is almost no changing. Water resistance can be improved by ameliorating water absorption and softening coefficient.
