摘    要:该文从学科交叉融合与工程实践创新能力培养出发,构建了工程训练培养体系、资源体系、保障体系,通过多层递进、平台加模块、协同育人、线上线下结合、建设整合平台、组建创新型师资队伍等措施,实施基于新工科的工程训练人才培养体系。实践表明,该体系有利于促进学生工程实践创新能力的培养。

Abstract:This paper explores upon the practice of interdisciplinary integration and engineering practice innovation ability training as the focus and constructs the engineering training system, resource system and guarantee system. Through the multi-level progress, platform plus modules, collaborative education, online and offline combination, construction of integrated platform, establishment of innovative teaching staff, etc., the engineering training personnel training system based on new engineering is carried out. Practice shows that the system is conducive to promote the cultivation of students’ engineering practice innovation ability.
