摘    要:本文通过开展交变应力测试,并采用Goodman模型对灯泡贯流式机组水导轴承进行疲劳分析,分析结果表明:疲劳许用交变应力为116.9Mpa,水导轴承交变应力最大值为13.7Mpa,远小于疲劳许用交变应力,水导轴承异常振动不会对机组水导轴承运行构成较大安全风险。本文对国内外水电厂分析及评价同类型问题有较大借鉴意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the alternating stress test is carried out and the Goodman model is used to analyze the fatigue of the water guide bearing for a bulb tubular unit.The results show that the allowable alternating stress of fatigue is 116.9 Mpa, and the maximum alternating stress of water guide bearing is 13.7 Mpa, which is far less than the allowable alternating stress of fatigue.The abnormal vibration of the water guide bearing will not pose a greater safety risk to the operation of the water guide bearing of the unit.This paper can be used for reference in the analysis and evaluation of the same type of hydropower plants.
