高碱度烧结矿粉化的控制与冀东地区精矿粉的合理品位

摘    要:高碱度烧结矿粉化的主要原因在于烧结矿中SiO2和FeO高,提高精矿品位,控制FeO含量或配入抑制剂都可以抑制粉化,冀东地区磁铁矿结晶颗粒大,易磨易选,对精矿进行细磨以提高品位,不但可以抑制粉化,而且可使选矿和炼铁都得到非常好的经济效益。

Abstract:The reasons of degradation of high basicity sinters were maily caused by itshigh SiO2 and higher FeO contents, and so, elevating concentrats grade, controlling FeOcontents and proporting supression additives,all can supress degradation. As the Jidong region manetite has larger grain particle, could easily ground and beneficiated, so that findlygranding concentrates to elevating its grade not only could suppress degradation but alsocould gain abviously economic benefits in beneficiation plant and BF.
