多普勒与组织多普勒Tei指数对高血压病患者右心功能的对比研究

目的 通过比较组织多普勒成像技术（TDI）与传统脉冲多普勒成像技术（PW）测量高血压病患者右心Tei指数,探讨TDI技术检测高血压患者右心功能的改变情况及其可行性.方法 应用TDI 获取30例原发性高血压病患者（高血压病组）及30例正常成人（对照组）三尖瓣环的运动频谱,测量舒张期波形终末至下一心动周期舒张期波形起始的间期（a＇） 及收缩期波形的起止间期（b＇）,根据（a＇- b＇） / b＇计算TDI-Tei 指数,并与传统脉冲多普勒显像所测PW-Tei 指数进行比较.结果 高血压病组患者Tei指数较对照组明显延长,且TDI技术测得Tei指数（0.51±0.09）与传统多普勒技术测得Tei指数（0.53±0.12）呈直线相关（r =0.86）.结论 高血压病患者右心功能受损,TDI 技术可用于测量右室Tei指数,并与PW所测值相关性好.

Comparative study of right ventricular function in patients with hypertension by Doppler and tissue Doppler Tei index

Objective To compare Tei index of right ventricle in hypertension patients by tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） and pulse wave Doppler （PW）, and to explore the feasibility of detecting the changes of right ventricular function in hypertension patients by TDI. Methods Thirty patients with hypertension and thirty normal controls were enrolled in the study. The time interval between the end and onset of tricuspid annular velocities during diastole （ a＇ ） and the duration of the systolic wave （b＇） were measured by TDI. Tei index was calculated as （a＇ - b＇ ） / b＇, Then the TDI - Tei was compared with PW -Tei which was measured by PW. Results Tei index in hypertension patients is longer than that in control group, and TDI -index （0.51 ±0.09） was correlated well with the that of PW （0.53 ± 0. 12） in patients with hypertension（ r = 0.86）. Conclusion Right ventricular function of patients with hypertension is impaired. TDI can be used to measure Tel index of the fight ventricle, which is correlated well with that of PW.
