医院内生性增长模型的建模与设计

摘    要:本文简要介绍了专业加深型内生增长理论的内涵和特点,以此为依据提出了医院的持续发展必须以人力资本为动力,大力培育技术骨干和特色学科;必须构建和谐的文化氛围,把降低协调成本作为影响发展的关键因素;必须不断强化基础平台建设,使一般知识促进专门技能效益的释放;必须使科研创新向应用转化,使知识创新与分工紧密结合,才能产生递增收益。

Abstract:In this paper,the connotation and characters of theory of professional deepening endogenesis increasing were discussed,according to which the hospital should follow these principles:developing special subjects based on the human resources,constructing harmonious culture atmosphere and try best to reduce the cost,strengthening construction of basic platform to release skill benefits,and transforming research innovation to application to realize increasing benefits.
