| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道超声(TVUS)对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法本文回顾性分析48例子宫内膜息肉的经阴道超声图像特征。结果经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉34例,准确率为70.8%,误诊6例,误诊率12.5%,经阴道超声未检出病变8例,漏诊率为16.6%。结论经阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉的检出率较经腹明显提高,是诊断子宫内膜息肉的一种简便有效的诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial polyps using transvaginal ultrasound(TVUS).Methods Endometrial polyps in 48 cases were confirmed by pathology and were analyzed retrospectively.Results Endometrial polyps in 34 cases were accurately diagnosed on TVUS,while six cases(12.5%)were misdiagnosed and eight cases(16.6%)were missed diagnosed.Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy of TVUS for endometrial polyps is obviously higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.TVUS is effective and easy for operation. |
