摘    要:为了解决工作流中任务的自动优选分配问题,提出了一种基于模糊集与TOPSIS的任务分配方法。在详细分析任务分配影响因素的基础上,建立了工作流任务分配决策模型。引入模糊集对模糊元素的处理,进而讨论了模型中的各决策属性及其权重的计算方法。在此基础上,设计了以逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)为核心的模型求解算法,用以获取任务执行的最优人选。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的合理性与适用性。

Abstract:In order to make workflow management system can assign automatically and rationally human task with the multi-candidate, according to the analysis of influencing factors on human task assignment, proposed a dynamical model. Described approach to solving attributes and weights of the model, also transformed the fuzzy factor into the certain value using fuzzy sets theory. Furthermore, designed an algorithm for the solution of model, which adopted the method of similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). Finally, demonstrated a case study to show the rationality and adaptation of the model.
