| 摘 要： | 目的：分析头孢哌酮／舒巴坦引起不良反应（ADR）的特点，为临床合理使用提供参考。方法：对我院2006—2009年上报的头孢哌酮／舒巴坦ADR84例进行统计分析。结果：ADR表现主要为皮肤及其附属系统（81．61％），其次为全身性损害（10．34％），程度主要为轻至中度的一般ADR（95．24％）。结论：临床应重视头孢哌酮／舒巴坦引起的ADR，结合ADR发生特点做好ADR的预防与处理，加强儿童和老年人合理使用，保障患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） induced by cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium injections in order to provide references for clinicians. Method： All the ADR case reports were collected and statistically analyzed in our hospital from 2006 -2009. Result：The ADR types were primarily injuries of skin and its accessories （86. 61% ） and followed by general injuries （10. 34% ）. Conclusion：Great importance should be attached to the use of cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium injection and ADR prevention and monitoring should be strengthened in reference to the feature of ADRs so as to ensure the rational drug use for children and the elderly. |
