原发性肝癌患者血清一氧化氮的测定及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨血清一氧化氮(NO)与原发性肝癌发生、发展、转移、疗效及预后的关系。方法应用化学比色法检测55例原发性肝癌患者和23例良性肝肿瘤患者治疗前后及45例肝硬化患者的血清NO水平,并进行分析比较。结果原发性肝癌患者血清NO水平明显高于正常人、肝硬化及良性肝肿瘤患者(P〈0.01),且与肿瘤直径、有无腹腔积液、有无肝外转移、临床分期及治疗效果有关,与血清AFP呈正相关。结论原发性肝癌患者血清NO水平在一定程度上可作为预测肝癌转移、复发及疗效的有效指标,与AFP同时检测,可提高原发性肝癌的阳性率.

Abstract:Objective To study the relationships between serum nitric oxide and the development,metastasis,curative effect and prognosis of primary liver cancer.Methods The serum nitric oxide in 55 patients with primary liver cancer,23 patients with various benign liver tumour and 45 patients with cirrhosis of liver were determined by chemical colorimetric assay before and after treatment.Results The serum nitric oxide level in the patients with primary liver cancer was significantly higher than that in the normal individuals,the patients with various benign liver tumour and the patients with cirrhosis of liver(P<0.01),and correlated with tumour diameter,ascites,metastasis,clinical stages and curative effect.The nitric oxide level had positive relation with AFP level.Conclusions The serum nitric oxide levels could be a marker to predict the metastasis,recurrence and curative effects of primary liver cancer.The examinations combined NO with AFP can increase the positive rate of diagnosis.
