分析了我国中小企业融资现状和现存问题 ,总结了境外间接融资和直接融资的经验 ,指出国外通过建立较完备的中小企业金融体系 ,提供多元化的间接融资服务。通过发行私募债券、发展风险投资、设立二板市场为中小企业创造直接融资的渠道。提出了解决我国中小企业融资难的四大对策 ,即建立完备的中小企业金融体系 ;提供金融优惠政策 ;发展风险投资 ;利用和创建二板市场 ,强调了二板市场在中小企业融资体系中占有重要地位。在此基础上 ,对我国中小企业境外二板上市以及我国二板市场设立的有关问题进行了探讨

Financing of medium-and-small sized enterprises and the second board

The current financing situation and problems facing the medium and small sized enterprises in china are analyzed. According to the experiences of indirect and direct financing introduced in other countries, finance system served for the medium and small sized enterprises was set up to provide various financing services. Financing channels in foreign countries include placing by bonds, developing venture capital and setting up second board market. Then four countermeasures are put forward such as setting up sound financial system serving the medium and small sized enterprises, providing favourable policies, developing venture capital and setting up the second board market in china.
