| 摘 要： | 根据齐鲁丙烯腈装置的工艺生产特点,结合空压机组的设备特性,利用Woodward 505调速器与DCS远程控制,解决了机械式液压调速系统故障频繁及汽轮机驱动蒸汽浪费的问题,保障了机组的安全运行,同时大大降低人工操作强度。

| Abstract: | According to the process and production characteristics of Qilu acrylic device and combined with the equipment features of the air compressor unit,speed Woodward 505 governor and DCS remote control was adopted to solve the frequent faults of mechanical hydraulic speed control system and steam waste problem in driving turbine.The safe running of the unit was guaranteed and the manual operating strength was greatly reduced. |
