| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了灾害地理学的一些基本问题,认为地理环境既包括人类生产生活必不可少的资源和条件,又包括给人类带来灾难的灾害。灾害是地理环境的重要组成部分。灾害地理学是研完灾害的类型、发生、分布规律及其与地理环境关系的科学。灾害地理学的研完有助于正确地认识人地关系,为生产力布局和制定发展战略提供依据,从而达到减少灾害,避免损失,为人类造福的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses some basic problems of calamity geography. It is considered that geographical conditions include not only the necessary resources and factors for mankind in production and five, but also calamities that bring disasters to mankind. The calamity geography is a science which mainly deals with the kinds, the happening and the distribution laws of calamity and tbeir relation with geographical conditions. Study on it can be of great help to better realize the relation between mankid and earth, provide basis for production arrangement and decision of developing strategy so as to redoce calamity loses and benefit the people. |
