摘    要:以实现快速、准确的航道通航状态监测监控为目标,研究面向航道管理与通航服务的航道通航状态数据采集、基于空间信息技术(GIS:Geographic Information System)的数据综合集成方法,从软、硬两方面提出内河通航状态监测监控系统解决方案,实现内河航道通航状态的全方位监控。本方案可为航道管理部门在通航保障能力建设方面提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at realizing rapidly and accurately inland waterway navigation state monitoring and control, this paper probes into the navigation state data acquisition technologies and comprehensive integrated method based on spatial information technology, GIS (Geographic Information System), and then designs the inland waterway navigation state monitoring and control system to realize omni-directional monitoring and control. It could provide a reference for waterway administrative department to improve navigation support capabilities.
