翅果油抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:通过观察翅果油的抗氧化作用 ,为进一步开发利用翅果油提供科学参考。将 4 0只 2 4月龄的Wist ar雄性大鼠 ,按体重随机分为A(对照组 )、B(维生素E组 )、C(翅果油组 )、D(沙棘油组 )。每组 10只 ,分别喂予四种不同的饲料。 2 8天后宰杀动物并测定一系列抗氧化指标。结果发现 :饲料中添加翅果油、维生素E及沙棘油的大鼠机体内脂质过氧化作用降低 ,抗氧化能力增强 ,与对照组比较有显著差异。结果提示 :翅果油抗氧化作用优于单纯维生素E ,略强于沙棘油的作用 ;翅果油可作为一种较好的天然资源有待开发

Abstract:The oil productivity of Samara oil seeds is high and its quality is better than other kinds of oil seeds. Forty Wistar rats (24 month old) are randomly divided into 4 groups: A (control group), B (vitamin E group), C(Samara oil group) and D(Sea Buckthron oil group). The rats are killed and examined after 28 days of feeding with four different feeds respectively. The results show that compared with the control group, the lipid peroxidation in group B, C, and D decreases while the antioxidant effect increases indicating that the antioxidant effect of Samara oil is strong than that of vitamin E. It is suggested that this natural oil resource might have great potential in the development of food.
