摘    要:通过实验检测电容传感器电容值的变化,验证了润滑油中水含量、铁含量和总酸值的变化量与润滑油介电常数增值之间的数量关系。结果表明:随着润滑油含水、总酸值、含铁的增加,润滑油介电常数变化趋势一致;对润滑油介电常数变化影响最大的是含水量;用介电常数作为评价润滑油衰变程度的综合指标在理论上是可行的。

Abstract:Through studying the capacitance changes in capacitance sensor,this paper demonstrates that the numerical relationship of permittivity with water content,iron content and total acid value in engine lubricating oil.The results show that with the increase of water content,iron content and total acid value in the lubricating oil,the changes of the permittivity tend to be consistent and water content influences dielectric constant most.It is concluded that taking permittivity as the comprehensive evaluating ind...
