下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的临床分布及耐药性分析

目的了解下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的临床分布及其对常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法分析我院132例下呼吸道感染住院患者分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的药物敏感试验结果及其分布情况。结果鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在重症监护病房、儿科、神经外科,药敏试验显示对碳青霉烯类、含酶抑制剂、氨基糖苷类药物敏感性较高,对β-内酰胺类药物普遍耐药。2009年至2011年鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率与2002年～2004年相比,呈上升趋势,尤以对氟喹诺酮类抗生素耐药率升高显著。结论鲍曼不动杆菌主要侵犯重症监护病房、儿科、神经外科患者,鲍曼不动杆菌对各抗菌药物的耐药性呈上升趋势。

Analysis of clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii infection of lower respiratorytract

Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannli infection of lower respiratory tract to provide a basis for clinical therapy and control of Acinetobacter baumannii infection. Methods The distribution and susceptibility test of Aeinetobacter baumannii isolated from 132 patients in our hospital from October 2009 to December 2011 were retro- spectively analyzed by an automated microbial identification system. Results Acinetobacter baumannii mainly distributed in the depart- ment of intensive care unit, pediatric and neurosurgery. It was sensitive to carbapenems, enzyme inhibitors, and aminoglycosides and re- sistant to β-1actam. The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to the common antimicrobial agents increased obviously in 2009 - 2011 while compared with 2002 - 2004, especially to fluoroquinolone antibiotics. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii infection of lower re- spiratory tract mainly presents in the department of intensive care unit, pediatric and neurosurgery. The antibiotic resistance of Acineto- bacter baumannii is still increasing.
