摘    要:目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在慢性阻塞性肺病发病机制中的作用。方法选择52例COPD急性加重期(AECOPD)患者,47例COPD稳定期患者,45例健康体检者作为对照组,分别检测hs-CRP、白细胞、血沉。结果 AECOPD组与COPD稳定期组比较hs-CRP、WBC、ESR显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COPD稳定期组与健康对照组比较hs-CRP增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COPD稳定期组与健康对照组WBC、ESR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 hs-CRP在COPD患者中呈高表达,可作为检测AECOPD的相关性指标之一,并指导AECOPD的治疗。

Abstract:Objective Investigate the effect of hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) in the pathogenesis of chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 52 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD), 47 patients with sta- ble period of COPD and 45 healthy subjects were selected as the control group to detect the rate of hs-CRP, WBC and ESR respectively. Results the group of AECOPD was significantly higher than group of stable period of COPD on hs-CRP, WBC and ESR, furthermore, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). hs-CRP in Stable period of COPD increased, compared with the healthy control group and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). WBC and ESR of group in Stable period of COPD and healthy control group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion hs-CRP was highly expressed in patients with COPD, which was served as one of relevant indicator to detect the acute exacerbation of COPD and guided the treatment of AECOPD.
