摘    要:基于分析了一种整体按键成型工艺性,并运用UG对塑件三维模型进行了塑件壁厚分析,再基于MOLDFLOW对塑件进行了最优浇口位置、料流状态、充填时间、翘曲变形、注塑压力变化等进行了分析;运用UG MOLDWIZARD设计了塑件注塑模,并根据试模结果指出运用UG及MOLDFLOW协作完成注塑件三维模具设计具有实用、高效、经济等优点。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of whole key technology molding , and using UG plastic parts of wall thickness of 3D plastic parts was analyzed by using UG , and then based on MOLDFLOW, such plastic parts indicators as optimal gate location , material flow state , the fill time and injection pressure changes and warping deformation were analyzed;plastics injection mold was design by using UG MOLDWIZARD .According to the testing molds result , a 3D mold design by using UG and MOLDFLOW to accomplish the injected plastic parts is more practical , efficient and economical .
