556例医学生血压调查及代谢指标分析

目的 调查556例医学生高血压发病情况及代谢指标,寻找血压可能的相关因素及医学生高血压发生率.方法 测量556例医学生静息、运动后血压,并测定身高、体质量、体质量指数、腰围、臀围、腰臀比.结果 有高血压病史学生5/556例(0.89%),新发现高血压9/556例(1.62%),高血压总发生率为14/556例(2.52%).收缩压、舒张压均与身高、腰围呈正相关(P＜0.001).高血压学生体质量指数、腰臀比明显高于无高血压学生(P＜0.05).结论 556例医学生高血压发生率为2.52%.体质量指数、腰臀比这两项代谢指标可能与高血压的发病有关.

Analysis of blood pressure and metabolic parameter in 556 medical university students

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension in medical university students and its possible relative factors. Methods Rest and post exercise blood pressure were measured in 556 medical university students and their body height,body mass,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-hip ratio(WHR) were measured,too. Results Five students out of all 556 students( 0.89%) had positive history of hypertension,the new onset hypertension accounted for 1.62%(9/556),the total prevalence of hypertension was 2.52%(14/556).Systolic and diastolic pressure were positively correlated with body height and waist circumference(P< 0.001).The BMI,WHR of the students with hypertension were higher than those with normal blood pressure(P< 0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension was 2.52% in medical university students.BMI and WHR as two metabolic parameters were possibly correlated with hypertension.
