氟对软骨的损伤作用研究

氟是人体必需的微量元素,但长期过量摄入可引起以氟骨症和氟斑牙为主要特征的慢性全身性疾病,严重影响人们的身体健康与生活质量。高氟对软骨造成损伤,如软骨细胞坏死、软骨基质合成异常、酶活性降低等。本文从信号通路、氧自由基、细胞凋亡等方面,阐述氟对软骨损伤的作用机制,为氟中毒的发病机制提供依据。

Research on damage effect of fluoride on cartilage

Fluoride is an essential trace element of human body, but long term and overdose ingestion of fluoride can cause chronic systemic disease characterized by skeletal fluorosis and dental fluorosis, which will seriously affect health and life quality. High level of fluoride may cause cartilage damage, such as necrosis of cartilage cells, abnormal synthesis of cartilage matrix, and decrease of enzyme activity, etc. Some progress havebeen made by researches on cartilage damage caused by fluoride. This article will further expound the action of fluoride on cartilage injury from the aspects of signaling pathway, oxygen free radical and apoptosis, thereby provide some basis for pathogenesis of fluorosis.
