| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑梗死急性期死亡与多脏器系统功能衰竭的关系。方法 收集脑梗死急性期死亡病例112例，分析其性别、原发性高血压、梗死后高血糖、梗死部位及梗死灶大小对脏器功能衰竭的影响。结果 多脏器系统功能衰竭女性明显高于男性(P＜0．05)，原发性高血压及梗死后高血糖病人非常明显地高于血压、血糖正常者(P＜0．01)，多脏器系统功能衰竭与梗死部位有关而与梗死灶大小无关。结论 脑梗死急性期病死率与多脏器系统功能衰竭密切相关，预防和治疗多脏器系统功能衰竭能有效降低梗死急性期病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between death in acute brain infarction and multiple organ and system failure(MOSF).Methods One hundred and twelve death cases of acute brain infarction were analyzed about the impact factors including sex,primary hypertersion,postinfarction hypersugar,infarction postion and infarction area on MOSF.Results MOSF in female was obviously higher than that in male(P<0.05),and it is significiantly higher in patients with primary hypertersion and postinfarction hypersugar than that with normal blood pressure and sugar too(P<0.01).No correcation was found between MOSF and the sige of infarction.Conclusion There was positive correlation between death in acute brain infarction and MOSF.Prevention and treatment of MOSF can decrease the mortality in brain infarction. |
