| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨检测水产品中3种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量方法。方法 去骨鱼肉经粉碎、匀浆，用有机溶剂提取后采用反相高效液相色谱法测定。结果 测定6个样品，方法准确度与重现性较好。结论 鱼肉中含有邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二2-乙基己酯；该法样品处理简单、操作简便，可用于水产品中此类物质的检测。

Determination of Three Phthalic Acid Esters in Aquatic Products |

| Abstract: | Purpose To determine the content of three phthalic acid esters in aquatic products. Meth ods Flesh of fishes without bones was grinded,and extracted by organic solvent.The solution was determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results Six samples of fishes were determined.The accuracy and reproductivity were satisfactory. Conclusions Diethyl phthalate,dibutyl phthalate and di 2 ethylhexyl phthalate could be determined in fishes.Samples were easy to be disposed.The method was quic ker,easier to operate and can be widely used to determine these compounds. |
