| 摘 要： | 变电站操作仿真与运行管理系统（ＤＳＭＩＳ）是以大中型变电站的运行操作与管理为应用对象，对提高变电站运行及管理人员的工作质量和效率为目的的应用软件。它是在现代在电网高速发展，变电站安全要求日益提高的新上，根据变电站运行工作的迫切需要而自行研制开发的。文章就该的主要功能与应用前景，系统主要特点与设计思路，系统的功能扩展方向等内容作简要介绍和叙述。

The aims of developing this applied software are to satisfy the requirement of improving the working quality and efficiency of substation managers and operators and to ensure the secure operation of large and middle substations. The architecture, main functions and features, as well as the function enhancements of the system are briefly described. |
