摘    要:本文描述了以AT89C5131为核心,配合其它相关功能芯片对阀门电动执行装置进行的智能化设计。和传统旧式阀门电动执行装置相比,本智能阀门电动执行装置具有更优良的故障处理和报警机制、更友好的人机界面和更先进的总线通讯能力。文中介绍了电动执行装置的结构、工作原理和系统的硬件设计,尤其介绍了AT89C5131的性能、高可靠性的相位检测和相位保护数字电路以及实用的压力传感器外围电路。对该智能阀门电动执行装置的性能进行了检测,并模拟了数据采集、数据显示、数据传输、抗干扰、故障报警等功能,证明了该智能阀门电动执行装置运行准确,可靠。

Abstract:The paper describes design of the intelligent electric valve actuator, which sets AT89C5131 as core and associate with rela- tive function chips. Compared with traditional electric valve actuator, the intelligent one has better malfunction handling and alarming mechanism, more friendly man- machine interface and more advanced bus communication ability. Detail introduction and analysis of the actuator' s structure, working principle, and the system design all can be found in this paper, especially the performance of AT89C5131, highly reliable phase measure and protection digital circuit and practical peripheral circuit of pressure sensor. In addi- tion, the actuator' s performance has been tested by simulating a series of functions such as data collection, data display, data com- munication, anti- disturbing and malfunction alarm. These tests proved the intelligent electric valve actuator has accurate respond and is of high reliability.
