| 摘 要： | 目的:了解心理干预对首发精神病患者家属心理健康状况的影响。方法:将患者家属随机分为干预组与对照组,并对干预组进行心理干预,然后对干预组和对照组分别应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评定。结果:两组精神病患者家属SCL-90均有某些因子高于国内常模,而干预组与对照组的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等3项因子分差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:精神病患者家属的心理状况不容乐观,心理干预有利于家属的心理健康。
