| 摘 要： | 目的分析肿瘤科护理不良事件发生的原因,探讨减少不良事件的管理对策。方法对肿瘤科37例护理不良事件进行回顾性分析。结果护理不良事件前3位分别是给药错误、治疗相关事件、信息传递与接受错误。主要原因是系统管理缺陷、查对制度执行不力、信息化建设滞后与安全意识不到位。结论医院要改进系统管理,严格执行查对制度,全面信息化建设与管理,强化安全意识,以预防不良事件的发生。
