薰衣草精油与罗勒精油对痤疮致病菌的体外抑菌作用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨薰衣草精油与罗勒精油对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌效果.方法 采用滤纸片扩散法抑菌圈试验检测薰衣草精油与罗勒精油抑菌敏感性,抑菌曲线试验检测抑菌持续效果.结果 抑菌圈试验表明,倍比稀释浓度1%~16%薰衣草精油与1%~16%罗勒精油各实验组对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌圈直径大于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).0.25%、0.5%的薰衣草精油与罗勒精油抑菌圈直径与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无抑菌效果.16%薰衣草精油与16%罗勒精油抑菌圈直径与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),抑菌效果与阳性对照组相当.抑菌曲线试验表明,1%薰衣草精油和1%罗勒精油对3种痤疮致病菌抑菌持续效果达8~12 h,优于阴性对照组.结论 薰衣草精油和罗勒精油对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌均具有持久抑菌活性,可作为痤疮菌的天然抑菌剂应用.

Abstract:Objective To study the antibacterial activities of lavender essential oils and basil essential oil against three pathogenic bacteria of acne. Methods The antibacterial activities were measured by disc diffusion assay for inhibition zone experiment and inhibition curve experiment. Results Compared to the negative control group, the diameters of inhibition zones were significantly increased in 1%-16% lavender essential oil and 1%-16% basil essential oil groups using multi-proportion dilution method against three types of pathogenic bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acne ( P<0.05) . Compared to the negative control group, the diameters of inhibition zones were no significant difference in 0. 25%-0. 5%lavender oil and basil oil ( P>0. 05 ) , which indicated no antibacterial effect. The diameters of inhibition zones of 16%lavender oil and basil oil had no significant difference comparing to the positive control group( P>0.05) , which displayed the antibacterial effects were similar. The antibacterial effect of 1% lavender essential oil and 1% basil essential oil against three kinds of acne pathogenic bacteria lasted for 8-12 hours, which was superior to the negative control group. Conclusion Lavender essential oil and basil essential oil display an antibacterial activity against three types of acne pathogenic bacteria, which may be used as natural antimicrobial agents against acne pathogenic bacteria.
