对提高远程教育基层教学站点教育质量的思考

现代远程教育作为一种全新的教育模式,在高等教育大众化过程中起着重要的作用。但是,远程教育在发展过程中也出现了一些不容忽视的问题。就基层而言,当前影响远程教育质量声誉的主要因素是试点高校教学站点疏于管理,不能规范办学。应深化远程教育基层教学站点行政管理、教学管理、教师与学生管理,建立保证远程教育质量的长效管理机制,以促进远程教育的健康发展。

Thoughts on Improving the Quality of Distance Education at the Basic Teaching Stations

The modern distance education,a brand-new teaching mode,has played an important role in the popularization of higher education.However,some issues that can not be ignored emerge during its development.As far as the basic level is concerned,the major factor which influences the current reputation of distance education quality lies in the neglect of management of teaching stations as experimental units,and standardized running system can't be ensured.Therefore, this article puts forward strengthening the administrative management of distance education at the basic level,and a long and effective management system should be established to enhance the healthy development of distance education.
