双鞭甲藻液体菌种培养条件优化

摘    要:以微藻生物量为指标,对产DHA藻类液体培养条件进行优化。在正交实验和单因素实验的基础上,确定发酵培养条件为:葡萄糖40g/L、谷氨酸钠10g/L、蛋白胨2g/L,人工海水500mL/L,转速160r/min,初始pH6.5,接种量10%,装液量100mL/250mL,28℃培养5d,微藻生物量达1.63g/100mL。

Abstract:Optimization of liquid culture conditions was carried out with biomass as target.According to the orthogonal design,the results showed that the fermentation condition was glucose 40g/L,sodium glutamate 10g/L,peptone 2g/L,sea water 500mL/L,initial pH 6.5, inoculation rate 10% ,volume 100mL/250mL.The biornass reached 1.63 g/100mL, after cultured 5 d, at the temperature of 28"C.
