宽板V型自由弯曲回弹的有限元模拟

摘    要:当前 ,开发准确、高效的回弹算法及提高回弹过程数值模拟的精度是亟待解决的问题 ,也是研究的热点。本文利用自主开发的二维弹塑性有限元程序 ,针对宽板V型自由弯曲的特点 ,采用无模法求解回弹。加载时基于弹塑性有限元法 ,卸载时基于弹性有限元法 ,均采用静力隐式算法。实验表明 :该程序对宽板V型自由弯曲回弹的模拟是高效、可靠的。特别是采用随塑性变形而发生变化的弹性模量 ,会进一步提高回弹模拟的精度

Abstract:Currently,it is a desiderative problem and the research hotspots to develop a kind of exact,efficient springback algorithm and enhance the accuracy of the numerical simulation in the course of springback.According to the characteristics of wide plate’s V\|free bending, this paper adopts dieless method to resolve springback using a 2D elasto\|plastic finite element program developed by our own. Load\|on is based on elasto\|plastic FEM,and load\|off is based on elastic FEM, and both of them adopt static implicit algorithm. The experiments indicate: this program is efficient and credible to the springback simulation of wide plate’s V\|free bending. Especially, using the Young’s moduslus changing with plastic deforming can enhance accuracy of springback simulation more.
