| 摘 要： | 高校科研项目的立项管理，包括项目申请、审核、评审、审批等环节，涉及多部门，需要多人协同工作，具有明显的流程运转的规律及特性，有严格的规章制度约束。面向高校科研项目的立项管理问题，在给出项目立项过程的工作流模型的基础上，构造了基于组件的工作流管理系统，可以实现项目立项流程的自动化，显著提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | When the university sets up scientific research projects,the work process includes projects application,audit,review etc,which possesses the feather of workflow.In this paper,we present a workflow model about the business process,then we develop the workflow management system supporting the process of setting up scientific research projects.As the result,it achieves the automation of business process and increases the work efficiency. |
