摘    要:以有限元静态分析理论为基础,将CATIA和ANSYS11.0协同仿真环境(AWE)结合运用,完成了从驱动桥壳三维建模到有限元分析的整个过程,得出了驱动桥壳在4种典型工况下的应力场和位移场,并对其进行了强度和刚度的校核.在此基础上,研究了驱动桥壳关键尺寸的改变对桥壳应力分布和变形结果的影响.结果表明桥壳满足设计要求.

Abstract:Based on FEM static theory, this paper uses CATIA and ANSYS11.0 AWE to estabhsh the 3D model of the drive axle housing and finish its FEM analysis. The stress distribution and deformation of four typical working conditions are obtained, and adjustment of its strength and stiffness is conducted. On this basis, this paper studies the effects of the change of the critical dimensions of the axle housing on the stress distribution and deformation, and the results show that the axle housing satisfies design requirements.
