摘    要:针对动车组辅助供电系统的实时监测问题,本文以STM32单片机为核心控制器,并基于WIFI技术,对用于检测动车组辅助交直流供电系统电压电流装置进行设计。该方案中的智能采集仪表,可实时测量和采集380动车组三相辅助回路的负载启动和正常工作时的电压与电流数据,测量蓄电池充放电时的电流变化情况,并以无线的方式将数据发送给服务器。本方案使用的电压电流互感器,经过真有效值转换后可进行数据处理,并得到采集的电压和电流,同时将采集的信息通过WIFI无线模块显示到上位机,并通过触摸屏来显示和设定参数。该检测装置为动车组辅助交直流供电系统电压电流的实时监测提供了解决方案。

Design of CRH Auxiliary Power Supply Testing Device Based on WIFI

Abstract:This paper introduces a design scheme which is used to detect the voltage and current of CRH auxiliary power supply system based on WIFI. The design uses STM32 MCU as the core controller. The intelligent acquisition instrumentation researched and developed can real-time measure and collect the volt- age and current when 380 CRH auxiliary power circuit of three-phase load start-up and normal working, measure the change of current when the battery charge and discharge, and send the data to the server in the form of wireless. This scheme uses voltage and current transformers, after the RMS conversion for da- ta processing , so that the voltage and current are displayed on the PC in the form of WIFI and through the touch screen to display and set the parameter. The test device provides a real-time monitoring solution for CRH auxiliary AC and DC voltage and current of the power supply system.
