肾上腺肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗

目的 提高肾上腺肿瘤的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析41例肾上腺肿瘤患者的临床资料，诊断，围手术期处理及手术效果。结果41例肾上腺肿瘤中醛固酮瘤(APA)16例；嗜铬细胞瘤11例；皮质醇症7例，其中腺瘤4例，腺癌3例；肾上腺偶发瘤7例，其中腺瘤4例，嗜铬细胞瘤、纤维肉瘤、肾上腺髓质纤维脂肪瘤各1例。行肿瘤切除38例，行包括肿瘤在内的肾上腺全切除3例，术后病情稳定，康复出院，随诊时间平均6个月，未见肿瘤复发。结论手术切除肿瘤是肾上腺肿瘤的根治方法，正确的术前诊断和围手术期处理十分重要。

To study the diagnosis and surgical treatment of adrenal tumors. We have discussed clinical date, diagnosis, pereioperative care and operative effect of 41 cases of adrenal tumors. Of the 41cases of adrenal tumors , There were 16 APA, 11 pheo; 7 Cushing syndrome (4were adrenocortical adenoma. 3 were adrenocortical carcinoma); 7 adrenal incidentalomas: 4adrenocortical, 1 pheo, 1 dermatofibroscarcoma protuberans, 1 myelolipoma. Simple tumor resection was operated in 38 cases, ther other cases were performed adrenalectomy include the tumor, The patients were all in good conditions after the operation, There were no recurrence after 6 months follow-up. Conclusions] Operation is the first choice of therephy for adrenal tumors. It is very important of correct diagnosis and pereioperative care.
