| 摘 要： | 建设项目经济评价方法与参数（第三版）于2006年7月由国家发改委、建设部联合发布实施，在国家经济体制与财税制度、财务评价指标、评价报表等方面都提出新要求．通过对水价承受能力分析、贷款能力测算，并结合实际情况，拟定了朱溪水库工程建设资金筹措的推荐方案，从工程功能和市场化的角度讨论了综合性水利工程资产界定的方法．

| Abstract: | Engineering Economical Evaluation ＆ Parameter （Version Ⅲ） is issued by National Development and Reform Commission and Construction Ministry in July, 2007, setting up new standards for tax system, financial evaluation index and appraisal statement. The compiled scheme on construcfing fund for Zhuxi Reservoir is recommended in the essay based on the analysis of water cost and load permission, and asset assessment for comprehensive water conservancy project is discussed on the terms of engineering function and market economy. |
