| 摘 要： | 科技奖励制度在激励人才、促进自主创新方面具有重要作用。政府科技奖励和非政府科技奖励作为两种不同类型的奖励主体,与自主创新战略具有密切的互动关系,两者通过认可机制、导向机制、激励机制和竞争机制四个典型机制作用于自主创新战略,并以何梁何利基金奖为范例,对四个作用机制进行了详细解析。最后在此基础上提出了加强科技奖励制度促进自主创新战略的若干建议。
