| 摘 要： | ７例肾移植后高血压患者，男性、年龄３３±ｓ６ａ，用氨氯地平５－１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，治疗１ｍｏ。治疗前后对比发现治疗后患者血压降低、内生肌酐清除率升高和血肌酐下降（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１），提示氨氯地平对肾移植后高血压患者有降压作用，并有保护移植肾的功能。

| Abstract: | Seven patients(M7, age 33±s 6a)with hypertension after kidney transplant were treated with amlodipine 5-10 mg, po,qd,for 1 mo.The blood pressure and blood creatinine decreased(P<0.01,0.05),while the endogenous creatinine clearance obviously increased (P<0.05).The results pointed out that amlodipine has the effects of lowering blood pressure,protecting the transplanted kidney and improving the kidney function. |
