干气精制工艺运行及改造

摘    要:以降低乙烯生产成本为目的的炼油-化工一体化装置——干气精制装置,2005年5月26日在中国石油兰州石化分公司建成,8月29日14:00一次开车成功。S&W公司提供初步设计,该工艺采用了化学反应、物理吸附的方法除去干气中的CO_2、H_2S、O_2、NO_x、Hg、NH_3、COS、RSH、As等杂质;得到富含乙烯的精制气。精制气直接并入现有裂解气压缩机,压缩后变成分离系统的部分原料。由于替代了部分石脑油裂解,降低了乙烯物耗和燃动能耗。

Abstract:Dry Gas Refined Unit-petrochemical integrative Unit for reducing production Cost was built on 26.may. 2005 in CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and it was put into operation successfully at 14:00 of 29.August.The preliminary Design was provided by company S.W.Chemical Reaction and physical adsorption method was used for removing CO2.H2S AS and so on impurities from dry gas,refined gas with rich ethane was available.Ref'med gas was directly injected into existing cracking gas compressor,and become part feed of separation system after com- pression.Feed and Energy consumption for ethane production was reduced due to replacing naphtha partly.
