| 摘 要： | 石油化工科学研究院开发的RISO C5/C6中温异构化催化剂在中石油塔里木油田分公司泽普石化厂30 kt/a异构化装置运转1年的工业应用结果表明,在原料组成发生变化的情况下,催化剂的异构化活性仍保持在较高的水平,产品的辛烷值(RON)为80.7,可以作为高辛烷值汽油的调合组分,异构化催化剂的性能及产品辛烷值均达到了设计指标。

| Abstract: | RISO catalyst for C5/C6 alkanes isomerization developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was applied in the 30 kt/a isomerization unit of Zepu Refinery,CNPC.1-year running data showed that the catalyst was of high activity and stability despite of the feedstock changes.The RON of the product was 80.7,meeting the requirement of high octane gasoline blending.The catalyst performance and product RON all met the design targets. |
