| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the research results of technology transfer of domestic agricultural research institutes, this paper analyzes the effect and practice achievement in establishing efficient transformation mechanism by the Yellow Sea Aquatic Institute, and summarizes the enlightenment and suggestions to promote the technology transfer of agricultural scientific research institutes. |
