某雷达有源安装板随机振动分析与试验研究

摘    要:有源安装板是有源相控阵雷达的主承力结构件。根据有源安装板的机械结构,将随机激励下的有源安装板简化为两自由度弹簧-质量系统,从理论上研究其频率特性;用MATLAB软件进行数值仿真,得到了有源安装板响应加速度的频率特性曲线。进行有源安装板垂直方向的随机振动试验,得到了随机振动试验前、后特征级对比图。分析结果表明有源安装板的两自由度系统是合理的,为有源安装板的结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Active fixing-board is the main force-bearing structure of active phased array radar .Based on the active fixing-board structure , the active fixing-board under random excitation is simplified to 2-DOF spring-mass system , the system is carried on theoretical frequency characteristics analysis and numerical simulation using MATLAB to obtain the frequency curve of response acceleration .The active fixing-board is carried on vertical random vibration experiment to obtain feature-level comparison diagram . The result shows that the simplified system is rational and provides theoretical basis for structure design of active fixing-board .
