紫花丹参多糖的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的确定丹参中可溶性多糖的提取工艺。方法对料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度等进行了正交实验,对实验中各影响因素进行了统计学分析。结果结果表明乙醇浓度显著影响可溶性多糖的提取率。其次是料液比对提取率的影响。结论最佳工艺为丹参重量和水的比值1:20、提取时间4小时,乙醇浓度100%。4]

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the extraction technology of soluble polysaccharides from salvia miltiorrhiza bge.Methods:Orthogonal experiments were adopted to analyze the effect of each factor in solid-liquid ratio,alcohol chroma and extraction time on the extraction percentage of the polysaccharides.Results: It was indicated that alcohol chroma and solid-liquidratio significantly affected the extraction percentage of the soluble polysaccharides.Conclusion: The optimal is 1:20 of solid-liquid ratio,alcohol is 100% and the extraction time is 4h.
