| 摘 要： | "推--拉"理论和"二元经济结构"理论是农村剩余劳动力转移的两个理论依据;加快农村剩余劳动力的转移需要改革原有的户籍制度,城乡统一登记管理的新户籍制度对推拉力和二元经济结构产生影响,将加快农村剩余劳动力的转移.

| Abstract: | "Push and pull theory" and "dualistic economic structure" theory are theoretical foundation of the transform of rural surplus labor.It is necessary to reform the original sensus register system in order to speed up the transform of rural surplus labor.The new sensus register system,combining urban area and rural area,influnces the force of "pull and push"and dualistic economic system,speeds up the transform of rural surplus labor. |
