| 摘 要： | 目的 分析主动脉球囊反搏(IABP)患者的自身、仪器的自身、疾病的自身、心理因素、护理操作等因素,对患者睡眠质量的影响,并探讨如何提高患者的睡眠质量.方法 对科室84例应用IABP的患者进行睡眠质量的调查与分析,从而寻找干扰患者睡眠质量的原因,并实施合理的护理干预.结果 有效的提高IABP患者的睡眠质量、提高患者的舒适度、能更好的促进患者的疾病恢复、增加患者抵抗疾病的信心.结论 对IABP患者进行合理的护理干预,可以有效的提高患者的睡眠质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the factors of the IABP patients, the apparatus, the disease, the psychologies and the nursing to the effect of the patients' sleeping quality, and to discuss how to improve it. Methods Investigate and analysize 84 cases those who are applying IABP to the patients with sleeping quality, so as to find the cause of disturbing the patients' sleeping quality, and carry on the reasonable nursing intervention.Results This method can effectively improve the sleep quality and comfort of IABP patients, it also can promote the recovery of patients' disease and increase the confidence of patients to resist disease.Conclusion Intervene IABP patients with reasonable nursing could improve the sleeping quality effectively. |
