中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎患者疗效及对患者炎症因子和肾功能的影响

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎患者疗效及对患者炎症因子和肾功能的影响。方法将慢性肾炎患者60例随机分为两组。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量水平、肾功能水平和炎症因子水平,及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);两组24h尿蛋白定量治疗后明显下降(P0.05);治疗组24h尿蛋白定量治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)水平治疗后明显下降(P0.05);治疗组Scr和BUN水平治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平治疗后明显下降(P0.05);治疗组TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎患者疗效明显,且能够明显改善患者肾功能,减轻患者炎症反应,具有重要研究意义。

Integrated Chinese-western Therapy in Treatment of Chronic Nephritis and its Effects on Inflammatory Factors and Renal Function

s:Objective To investigate the efficacy of integrated Chinese-western therapy on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and its effect on inflammatory factors and renal function.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic nrphrities were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with western medicine, observation group received in-tegrated Chinese-western therapy on the basis of control group.The courses of treatment were 12 weeks in both groups.The clinical effects, the levels of 24h urinary protein werebefore and after treatment, renal function, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions during the medica-tion were detected.Results The total effective rate of observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%) (P<0.05);24h urinary protein in both groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05);24h urinary protein in observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);serum creatinine(Scr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) levels in observation group significantly de-creased after treatment (P<0.05);Scr and BUN levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05);after treat-ment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and hypersensitivity -C reactive protein(hs-CRP) signif-icantly decreased in observation group ( P<0.05);TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP levels of observation group were lower than those of con-trol group after treatment(P<0.05);no serious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion Integrated Chinese-western therapy in treatment of chronic nephritis has obvious curative effect, it can significantly improve the renal function, reduce the inflam-matory reaction with an important research significance.
