摘    要:某电厂4号锅炉为上海锅炉厂设计生产的亚临界压力一次中间再热控制循环汽包炉。为了提高机组运行经济性、挖掘节能潜力,对4号锅炉进行燃烧调整试验。通过试验分析其现存灰渣含碳量高、空预器换热性能低等问题,为电厂改造提供依据。

Pulverizing System and Combustion System Performance Analysis of 300 MW Boiler
Abstract:Boiler #4 of a certain power plant is subcritical pressure once reheat controlled circulation boiler, design and production by shanghai boiler factory. In order to improve the operation economic, tap into the potential of energy-saving, process boiler combustion adjustment test. Through test and analysis to find out problems such as high ash carbon, low air preheater exchanger performance, and to provide the basis for power plant restructure.
