热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎60例疗效观察

目的 观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法 将120例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组采用利巴韦林注射液进行治疗,治疗组采用热毒宁注射液进行治疗,治疗后分别观察2组患儿疗效及患儿退热时间、疱疹消失时间。结果 对照组总有效率为90.00%,治疗组总有效率为100.00%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患儿退热时间与疱疹消失时间较对照组短,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论 热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinic observation of 60 cases of pediatric herpangina treated with Reduning Injection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with herpangina. Methods 120 patients with herpangina in children according to their wishes were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ribavirin Injection, treatment group was treated with Reduning injection for treatment. After treatment, the effect, fever receding time, herpangina disappearing time were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the control group, 100.00% in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; fever receding time and bleb disappearing time in the treatment group was shorter than in the control group, the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of Reduning Injection in treating children with herpangina is remarkable, worthy of clinical application.
