参芪扶正注射液联合EP方案治疗小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合EP方案治疗小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法将56例初治的小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组28例。对照组单纯应用EP方案化疗，治疗组在此基础上同时给予参芪扶正注射液。两组均完成4个化疗周期，观察肿瘤客观疗效及生存质量、血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况。结景①治疗组、对照组肿瘤客观总有效率分别为64．3％、53．6％，组间肿瘤客观疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。②治疗组、对照组生存质量总有效率分别为89．3％、64．3％；组间生存质量疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。③治疗前后组内比较，治疗组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），对照组各指标差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后组间比较，CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋水平差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。④两组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论参芪扶正注射液可减轻EP方案化疗的骨髓造血功能抑制，提高患者生存质量及细胞免疫功能。

Combination of ＂Shenqi Fuzheng Injection＂ and EP chemotherapy for small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shenqi Fuzheng Injection＂ combined EP chemotherapy for the treatment of small cell lung cancer. Methods Fifty-six cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 28 cases were treated by combined ＂Shenqi Fuzheng Injection＂ and EP chemotherapy, and control group in which 28 cases were treated by EP chemotherapy, with a course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy, QOL, blood and lymphocyte subpopulation were detected. Results ①The overall effective rate was 64.3% in the treatment group and 53.6% in the control group, without significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. ② The effective rate of QOL was 89.3 % in the treatment group and 64.3 % in＇ the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. ③In treatment group, no significant differences were found in CD3 ＋ , CIM ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ between before and after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; there were differences in the indexes in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. ④There were significant differences in reduction of WBC, hemoglobin and blood platelet between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Shenqi Fuzheng Injection＂ is effective to alleviate the inhibitory action of EP Ehemotherapy on hematopoiesis and improve the QOL and cellular immune function in patients with small cell lung cancer.
