海南省男护士护理工作满意度现状调查

目的 了解海南省男护士对工作现状的满意度,探讨男护士在护理专业中的职业发展特征.方法 对海南省7所综合性医院的78名男护士进行随机问卷调查.结果 男护士对工作现状的满意度7个维度得分均值为2.916分,属于中等水平；在护理工作压力方面得分3.978分,在工作环境方面得分为3.427分,远远高出平均分2.916分.调查还发现护士比护师更安心于工作,专业态度更积极,工作压力相对较轻,人际关系较好,离职意愿较弱,而中专学历护士,对专业的发展缺乏信心,工作的压力比高学历的男护士更大(P＜0.05).结论 护理管理者应加大对低学历、高年资男护士工作的支持,提高他们对工作的满意度.

Investigation on the job satisfaction of male nurses in Hainan province.

Objective To know more about the job satisfaction of male nurses in Hainan Province, and to discuss the career development characteristics of male nurses. Methods Seventy-eight male nurses from seven hospitals in Hainan province were investigated by using working status scale of male nurses. Results The average score of the seven dimensions of working status scale was 2.916, reaching the medium range. In the aspect of nursing work stress, the score was 3.978. Meanwhile, concerning the working environment, the score was 3.427, significantly higher than the average (2.916). In addition, compared with supervisor nurses, nurses are more relieved in working, who have more positive and professional attitude, less working pressure, better interpersonal relationship and weaker turnover intention. However, male nurses who graduated from technical secondary schools lacked confidence in the professional development and were more stressed than those who are highly educated. Conclusion The current job satisfaction of male nurses in Hainan province is in a moderate level. Nursing managers should give more support to male nurses and enhance their wages and benefits.
